Tesco Vouchers (Deals Tokens)

 

If you are trying to redeem Tesco vouchers with us please follow the simple steps below.

 

Tesco vouchers may be used against any of our Workshops with a maximum value of £60 per person.

 

• Take a look at the dates that are available on the website for your chosen workshop. 
• When you find a suitable date please either call or email us to request a reservation.
• We will confirm a place is still available and reserve it for you, while you wait for your vouchers (Deals Tokens) to arrive from Tesco.
• Once your vouchers have arrived, please fill out the booking form and send this along with the vouchers and any balance payment to Wild Arena Ltd, Park Farm, C/O Knowsley Safari Park, Knowsley, Prescot, Merseyside L34 4AN
• We would strongly recommend using recorded or special delivery so you know they arrive safely.
• As soon as we receive the vouchers and completed form, we will email out details of the workshop to you.

 

Please note Tesco vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts/offers including membership discounts.

Acorne, Virgin Experience or Last Minute.com Vouchers

 

If you are trying to redeem Acorne, Virgin Experience or Last Minute.com  vouchers with us please follow the simple steps below.

 

• Acorne vouchers are event specific so please look at the dates available for you particular voucher you have (please see list below).
• When you find a suitable date please either call or email us with the your preference.
• We will then confirm a place is still available and reserve it for you.
• Finally please fill out the back of the voucher and send this along to Wild Arena Ltd, Park Farm, C/O Knowsley Safari Park, Knowsley, Prescot, Merseyside L34 4AN.
• We would strongly recommend using recorded or special delivery so you know they arrive safely.
• As soon as we receive the vouchers we will email out details of the workshop to you.

Wild Arena Vouchers

 

Wild Arena vouchers have a unique code which you can enter at the payment stage ton our website to redeem them. Existing vouchers from our old website  will not work on this website. Please give us a call or send us an email and we can manually process this for you.

 

Order Confirmation

 

We aim to confirm all order within five working days, if you have placed an order or sent us some vouchers but have not received a response please contact us. We respond to all orders in the first instance via post. If you have not received your instructions within two weeks, please call and we can email them again for you, we do struggle with spam filters, so please do add info@wildarena.com to your safe senders list as this is normally the address our confirmations come from.
