Wild Arena at Park Farm, Knowsley Safari Park
From the beginning of 2012, Wild Arena are delighted to announce that they will be based at the wonderful location of Park Farm, Knowsley Safari Park.
Park Farm offers spacious accommodation for our specialist macro studio and training centre with the added benefit of optional B&B accommodation. The wonderful setting of Park Farm in the very heart of the Safari Park, has been carefully restored to offer a haven for nature photography or animal enthusiasts and The Farm staff aim to make your stay both productive, pleasurable and something to remember!

Knowsley Safari Workshop and Experience - £159
Our ‘Safari Experience’ day starts with an extended session photographing their pride of lions with unique acccess to the Lion, Tiger and Hunting Dogs before the general public arrives. This means we will have access to the Lion drive through just as they are being released giving us wonderful photographic opportunities of the Lions settling in for the day in the natural setting of their enclosure.

Wild Arena Macro Master Class - £180 (full day)
Macro Studio Experience - £115 (half day including entry to the park)
This great day of specialist macro photography offers 2 or 3 guests per session the chance to capture some superb images of a variety of tropical species. Working in our own custom macro studio in Park Farm we can photograph our special collection of animals, all of whom have been selected and acclimatized for photography. We can vary the lighting and ‘sets’ to create a wide variety of environments and effects. No experience of this type of photography is required and we can accommodate all levels of ability and even support guests with loan cameras and macro lenses so there is no need to be concerned about equipment.

Training Courses - £149 (1 day course)
Initially we are offering 3 separate but complimentary training days which can be booked individually or as a group of all 3. The days work equally well alone or in combination and together cover all the key elements a budding digital photography needs to know. Wild Arena not only provides qualified and knowledgeable tutors but also have a range of loan and demonstration equipment on hand to illustrate the topics covered.
