I haven’t received a confirmation of my booking

We aim to email all confirmations of bookings out to our customer within in 5 working days, during peak season (May – July) this may take a little longer. If you have given us a mobile number on the booking we will also send a text out to confirm we have sent the email. If you have not received a confirmation after this time please add info@wildarena.com to your safe senders list and send us an email to request it is resent.
