We understand that you may not have a printer handy. When we email you through the confirmation there will be a booking reference which is all you will need to quote, please do ensure that you read carefully through the email and the attachment for the meeting points and timings.

This does vary depending on the event you are booked onto and we will provide full details with the confirmation. However for all events you should be dressed to suit the weather and time of year, you will of course need your camera and appropriate lenses (again we will advise on this) and a bag you can comfortably carry everything in.

We aim to email all confirmations of bookings out to our customer within in 5 working days, during peak season (May – July) this may take a little longer. If you have given us a mobile number on the booking we will also send a text out to confirm we have sent the email. If you have not received a confirmation after this time please add email@example.com to your safe senders list and send us an email to request it is resent.

Once a booking/reservation is made all deposits or fees are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
Yes. the majority of our events book up well in advance, so if you do just arrive on the day it is very unlikely we will be able to let you join the group
We do photograph in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, these can offer the most unique opportunities! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed, but we do try our best not to cancel events.
