Wild Arena Covid 19 pandemic ‘emergency’ terms & conditions of trading
During the current, unprecedented Covid 19 pandemic emergency, every business will be needing to operate slightly differently to normal. Wild Arena is no exception to this, and we have needed to modify our normal trading terms to safeguard not only our customers but also our staff and our fundamental business survival. All of our current workshops, tours, courses and events have needed to be suspended in line with government instructions and this is not only, totally outside of all normal circumstances, but is also completely outside of our control. Therefore, we have temporarily, enforced the current considered position on refunds, cancellations and alterations to bookings.
For the duration of the current enforced government restrictions on our activities, we will:
- Advise all customers with active bookings, of the current situation and specifically if the event date they have booked, has needed to be suspended.
- Allow any booking for suspended events to be deferred to a future date when the activity will again be possible.
- Extend any voucher, credit or obligation that has an expiry date, by the total duration of time that government restrictions prevent activities taking place (for example if your event needs to be suspended for 4 months, any voucher or credit will be extended by 4 months to cover this time).
- Continue to ensure our administration and office operation is staffed to answer queries and questions from our customers (although hours may vary and be shorter than usual).
- Only re-start activities when we are sure they are safe for customers and staff and fully comply with any relevant government guidelines in force at that time.
- Not be issuing any direct refunds. This is because events being suspended by forces beyond our control fall outside of any normal terms & conditions. It also allows the Wild Arena business to safeguard its financial future and therefore better protect our staff and deliver our customer obligations once restrictions are lifted.
The Wild Arena management team are truly sorry if this current situation causes any inconvenience or disappointment, but we sincerely believe we are operating in the best interests of everyone involved.
