Photography Workshops

Our photography workshops are designed to help you develop your skills in a practical, hands-on way, while still enjoying the experience of being out with your camera.

With small groups, expert guidance, and a relaxed, supportive approach, you’ll have the space to learn, experiment, and build confidence at your own pace.

We’ve been running photography experiences since 2003, and our workshops are built on that experience—giving you clear guidance without pressure, in an environment that makes learning enjoyable.

Some photographers prefer a relaxed, creative session with time to explore, while others want more structure and guidance to help them improve specific skills.

That’s why our workshops are offered in two distinct styles:

Inspired Experience Workshops

A relaxed, creative approach focused on enjoying photography and exploring at your own pace.

With light guidance available when you need it, these workshops are ideal if you want to experiment, try new ideas, and enjoy the process without pressure.

Immersive Learning Workshops

A more structured, skill-focused approach designed to help you improve your photography.

With practical guidance, feedback, and clear direction, these workshops are ideal if you want to develop your technique and build confidence.

What you can expect

All of our workshops share the same core approach:

  • Small groups for a more personal experience

  • Over 20 years of experience (est. 2003)

  • Male and female guides

  • Hands-on, practical learning

  • A relaxed, supportive environment

  • Time to practice and experiment

Outdoor Flash

Immersive Learning

Light literally makes pictures, and being able to control an artificial light source can transform your photography. Flash, of course, is the go-to light source in every photographer’s bag, yet it is often underused. This one-day workshop will give you practical knowledge, confidence, and creative inspiration to use flash effectively outdoors.

Mastering Filter Use

Immersive Learning

In a world dominated by digital editing software, traditional filters are sometimes overlooked. Yet when used well, they remain one of the most powerful tools available to landscape and outdoor photographers.

Composition Introduction

Immersive Learning

Composition “the arrangement of visual elements within a frame” may sound straightforward, but in practice it can be both complex and deeply personal.

This introductory workshop won’t try to tell you everything. Instead, it offers a clear and practical framework to help you begin developing your own visual approach, creating images that not only work for you, but resonate with a wider audience.

“To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place …. I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with how you see them.”

Elliott Erwitt
