What You Can Expect During Your Session

This workshop is designed to be hands-on, relaxed and supportive. You’ll gain valuable insight into your own photographic goals, alongside practical tools to help guide your creative decisions.

By combining classroom-style learning with time out in the field, you’ll be able to immediately apply what you’ve learned—helping ideas stick and build confidence.

Creative

Composition sits at the heart of strong photography. This workshop will give you a solid foundation to build upon, while encouraging you to explore your own creative voice.

Understanding what you want to say, and who your images are for, is a key step in developing as a photographer.

Learning

You’ll leave with a simple, memorable framework to help you make stronger compositional decisions.

Supporting notes will help you continue developing your approach, allowing you to build your own “recipe” for creating effective images.

Discover

This session is as much about personal discovery as it is about technique.

By exploring your own intentions and responses to a scene, you’ll begin to uncover a clearer direction in your photography—making the process more enjoyable, purposeful and rewarding.
