Shipping and Returns Policy

This policy applies to items purchased from the Wild Arena / Forsinard Lodge Gift Shop.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of receiving payment.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or another suitable courier service depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

UK – typically 2–5 working days after dispatch
International – delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Customers ordering from outside the UK may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by their country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

In these circumstances, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
